Happy labor day morons (warning adult language?)!
Do believe I mentioned my certainty that it really would be of benefit to the biosphere, all sentient beings and the vast majority of homo sapiens if human society allocated merit based on how much one contributed to it as opposed to how much one took from it. The alternative produces what you see. Rapacious destruction of all living things and the environment upon which they depend by 'elites', while the rest of humanity empowers them and dreams of being just like them one day or struggles just to survive like the rest of life.
Of course I'm sure if we just pay the .1% a few million more, it'll start to trickle down. Yeah. Do I need to start using <sarcasm> tags?
Security. O yeah. What were we talking about? That I don't believe in it? Please let me clarify. I absolutely believe in security, in the dictionary definition (go look it up if you need to) and that it would be a good idea. I just find most people's conceptions have nothing to do with actually enhancing it, that they diminish and destroy it for most living things in fact, fellow humans especially. Chris Inglis explains how it's about wealth and treasure. Thousands of people starve to death every day and security is about wealth and treasure. Northup Grunman bought me sandwiches at the last brocon. Please try to be completely honest with yourself. When has a 'defence' contractor ever improved security? How is that even possible, considering they are in fact purveyors of the tools of mass-murder? Yet the debasement of discourse continues.
Greed is not good. Randianism is bullshit. No poor person has the sense of entitlement of any rich person. I flirted with 1%ishness myself. Forgive my repetion (which, given the structure of this blog means you'll meet it in the past), but Piff, Piff, read Piff do. I witnessed the change of behavior in myself. Let's cut the bullshit. Ethics and social class (at least when defined as affluence) are inversely correlated and this perfect correlation more than implies causality; direction irrelevant.
Looking forward to President Trump driving this home once and for all.
