Das dindin. What is it? Not exactly sure. Damned tasty, that's what! Now I'll grant you Thai food may be the tastiest on earth, balance of the four flavors, confluence of Indian, French et ceterahrah, but Chinese food is yum. And I roast a mean pepper if I say so myself. The lil dish is a Sichuan chili paste, not too hot but hot enough. I'll call the main dish dumplings. The question is: jao zi or bao zi? Steamed or biled? Well I gots ta bile everything atm, no steamer. So well I suspect there supposed to be bao dey's jao. Tasty anywho. Not like the ones that dissolved. Well, they were tasty enough but texturally challenged. I make mistakes. How I learn, how I make the occasional monsterpiece. I was gonna give you my recipe for vegetarian dan dan mie but I flubbed 'em last night. Back to the drawing board. I make mistakes so you don't have to, feel the love? I'm doing the same with language. May I live long enough to bat over 500 and share that.

Have I mentioned what was lost this entry? Of course not, I can see very well what I've done. Except that now I have, of course. And must continue doing so so long as I continue to update it with the same frequency as the blog. Reading an old review, or press release or some such bit of literature regarding yee olde WWW. Clasified us as neurotic. O do I resemble that remark and then some. Dunno if my co-conspirators deserve the criticism or if I was enough for all of us. Everyone's neurotic in their way but I embrace it. Gonna tell some tales. After dinner.
